The article reveals different rates of how many people of all ages suffer from a mental illness in society. However, professional help is given to only about 20% of people who suffer from mental illness. Although, advancements are being made to this system, to help people who are suffering and are in need of care. Mental illnesses may be caused by hereditary and environmental factors. But nothing is yet proven to be 100 percent certain, as research is still continuing further.

Teenage mental health rages from all sorts of disorders. However, each condition is started due to some sort of specific spark, which had or is occurring in the adolescences life. Due to all the dramatic changes occurring during youth years, teenagers tend to feel extremely pressured, which leads them into facing mental disorders. Pressure, stress and anxiety are some of the few factors in which mental disorders are sparked. These factors build up and eventually become so severe, to a point where serious medical treatment is needed.
This article is useful because it is describing some of the few factors of mental health disorders. The article explains the reason as to why these factors take place in the minds of young teenagers.
