I am writing to you regarding a matter concerning a training that I am planning to have with some of the mental health nurses in my care line. This training will be for nurses on improving their skills in assessment of patients that can become assaultive in the unit and putting in place some simple measures that will prevent antecedent’s behavior of assault. This training will be the topic for my DNP project for Scholarly project for school. This training is a quality project and I plan to use a validated tool (questionnaire) that was developed by the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia in assessing the knowledge of nurses after an educational activity .I also have contacted the college and they gave me permission to use the measurement
