According to the World Health Organization, mental health is a “state of wellbeing in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her own community” (Allen & McKenzie, 2015, p. 81). In the 21st century, mental illness is the first causes of non-fatal disease and injury in Australia. According to Sawyer and Savy (2014), one in every five Australians has diagnosed one or more mental illness (p. 249). Mental disorder among adolescent includes committing suicide, drugs addicted and bullying among the youth. One of the mental health problems that affect young adult is youth committing suicide. Based on Richardson, Cobham and McDermott (2012), suicide rank third of the leading cause of death among adolescent (p. 720). There are a few reasons for the high rate of youth committing suicide. Teenagers may face a few problems such as they could not handle stress in their studies. Another reason could be they may have parents with abuse disorder that abuse them without any reason. Friends play an important role in every young adult’s life. Most of the drug addicted teenagers get influence from peer pressure. As Sawyer and Savy(2014) stated, “Youth is especially sensitive to peer pressure and to persuasive ideas” (p. 250). Moreover, drugs use by youth to catch attention from their parents who are busy working and aren’t paying attention to their child. Bullying can be separate into the physical and mental bully. Magor-Blatch and Ingham (2015) stated that teenagers that undergo physical, emotional and sexual bullying will diagnosed with poor mental health (p.
