This integration is commonly seen with behavioral mental health, along with primary care and health centers. The health centers are grant funded by the government under the 2010 section 330 of the Public Health Service Act. The difference between the health center services and integrated community health centers is where the health service is provided, on site or by referral. Referral services take place in the community using community based providers. Community providers are care givers, doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers who make guidelines, treatment and protocol plans. There has been improvement since the ACA, in 2014 according to the article, Sharing a Playbook: Integrated Care in Community Health Centers in the United States, “Improving Access to behavioral health services at health centers is currently a priority, more than 1 in 3 health centers received funding to expand behavioral health capacity in 2014 of more than $105 million (Jones,2015)”. For example, in the United States has many laws and act to help mental health compared to Germany that has many different systems under reformation for mental health. This would make a difference in how people have a role and work within the society. It can make a big impact on the difference of the experiences in each country and for mental health working as one. Germany was split and destroyed making it harder to control and harder to stabilize. Comparatively, the United States works as whole with rules, has greater stability and can be seen as easier to control based on how rules are changed and implied. Germany seems to have a more dramatic effect on how mental health has affected the country and how to care for people who have mental health issues. The United States of America has had more of an experimental approach to understanding mental health and finding ways to improve quality of life and services provided. Therefore, Germany and the United States of America have experienced different cognitive, social and physical changes within mental
