Each individual has their own mental disposition and attributes that can help them thrive in a variety of areas in life, including their work life and social life. That a few themes that highlight these dispositions of myself include, belief, ideations and input that help create the foundation of my mental and physical surroundings guiding myself. These themes help strengthen and grow my mental and psychological mindset, that each have their own interpretations. In their own rightful attributes they are more than just a few words that describe myself, rather they impact my life on a constant basis helping gather more pervasive ways to mature and secure a more thoughtful and consistent future.

The theme of belief according to myself would be that, it is more than just a simple expression or faith in something rather it is ingrained in the very foundation of my own mental prowess upon life, including how it shapes my own maturity in life, with the possibly career field of leading others in the military and personal improvement through focusing on certain goals or tasks that revolve around this belief that sets it forward. According to the article ‘How Our Beliefs Shape Our Actions in the World’, published by Susan Smalley on Huffington Post, “ripple effect of that understanding would yield greater tolerance, equality and compassion among us. It became clearer to me that how we relate to our “beliefs” may be more important than the belief or knowledge itself.” (Smalley 2011.). That the need to collect and control things helps add a more refined way of looking at things with information on them to help use in one's own life. Having input helps offer a more concentrated way of looking at things, that by having the collected information of a variety of things it can help more than just a career of my own. It can show my sense of direction in life and the impact it may have with others bringing things to light where others may need it or implicating facts to help career activities of my own. According to the article ‘The Significance of Information Gathering’, published by James Rofus on Char Concepts, “With the information you gathered, you can be cost-effective to evaluate and obtain, you can reduce the risk of the decision which is being made and you will be available at the right time and the right place for making such decisions.” (Rofus 2014.). That having input on things, isn’t just holding things back or being complacent it can have a profound effect on my life in the way it can break down things.
