Mental Disorders: Irresponsible Or Antisocial Personality?

Antisocial personality disorder is a type of chronic mental condition in which a person's ways of thinking, perceiving situations and relating to others are dysfunctional — and destructive.People who cannot contain their urges to harm (or kill) people repeatedly for no apparent reason are assumed to suffer from some mental illness. However, they may be more cruel than crazy, they may be choosing not to control their urges, they know right from wrong, they know exactly what they're doing, and they are definitely NOT insane, at least according to the consensus of most scholars (Samenow 2004). These individuals show a persistent pattern of irresponsible and antisocial behavior that begins during childhood or adolescence. They are impulsive and reckless. They lack conscience or superego. Antisocial behavior is determined by an interaction between genetic factors and difficult environment. People with this disorder may subconsicously may have a lack of empathy and aggresive attidude that may have genetically been passed down.By using the Inkbot test on 50 people have who pocess the disoder and the other half who are mentally health a psychologist discovered that majority of the anti social people say masks,blood spattered,people fighting or an angry face.while those who were mentally healthy saw a butterfly,a bird, two lovers or two dolls.Although The causes of antisocial personality disorder are unknown.
