Everyone hits a wall in their minds, sometimes. You’re working on a task but, no matter how hard you push, you can’t seem to get further along. These mental blocks can be your brain’s way of telling you to take a rest. So, to overcome mental blocks, start by hitting the reset button. Then, after you feel refreshed, tackle the problem in a different way. It may also help to implement a few changes to your environment to get your creative juices flowing.
