For pregnant women who use illegal drugs can be known as a slippery slope because first off they are hurting the fetus and causing problems for their child in the long run. Also, do you hold the man who impregnated the women to be charged as well? In the long run, the women should face large punishment in hurting their body and their baby in it. One gender discrimination against women in the criminal justice system, would be questioning them if they are fit enough to deal with the environment within the justice system. Another would be the women facing sexual harassment within their workplace, if it is a male dominated job, then you will face those sexual remarks or even actions. A 3rd are would be can the women deal with the large expectation on them to live up against their male counterpart in the work field?
