Being with my boyfriend Alexander Baez, I learned to realize that the majority of his attention would go to his car. He would constantly compete with his friends especially on looks. They would go on hours talking about their motors, rims; head lights, and interior. In the end, it would only drive my boyfriend to keep updating his car. This is similar to the author’s view because not only is Alex obsessed with cars, he started his own car group named “Clean Society.” So every Sunday night he and his friends would meet up at a car wash, and clean each others cars or ride around.
