Also for clarification purposes, you would like a memos for the 12(b) (3) Motion to Dimisss for Improper Venue, 12 (b)(5) Insufficient Service of Proccess, and 12(b)(6) Failure To State A Claim on Which Relief Can Be Granted? Lastly, is there a particluar format, which you would perfer the memos or will the law school format surfice?
