There are multiple ways that are shown as evidence of global warming and deterioration of the environment. Some evidence of these changes are the changes in the sun, volcanic eruptions, and the increase of carbon dioxide in the environment. The evidence of humans causing these issues is also very overwhelming. Scientists have used radiative forcing, global climate models, fingerprint attribution and detections, and atmospheric measurements to see obvious relations the atmospheric deterioration and humans. The environment is being destroyed by humans and it is about time we did something about …show more content…
The first and foremost thing we can do to help is by reducing our energy demand. This can be anything from not driving as much to not using our heaters or air conditioners as much. For example, our car exhausts release bother aerosols and greenhouse gases: which are water vapor and CO2. These are two things that we do not need more have in our atmosphere. If we can find a way to both drive less and less emissions of these things from our car, then we are one step closer to creating a healthier environment. We need to become a more energy efficient world, rather than wasting energy. The next step that we can take to becoming part of the solution is to electrify everything. This means that our cars, heating, air, and water should all be created and functioning using electricity, rather than fossil fuels. This will create much less of a need for fossil fuels, which is the main reason that the atmosphere is deteriorating as fast as it is now. Another big step that we need to make is to use renewable energy for electricity. Some examples of these are using wind, solar, and biofuels for electricity. People may say that these forms of energy are too expensive, but this is wrong if you look at the big picture. Solar and wind energy are definitely more expensive in the beginning, but the savings that are created over many years actually end up less costly. Using less fossil fuels creates a situation where we don’t lose as many crops or have multiple
