This paper explores the journey of I, Megan Tyndall, through the first two weeks of Organizational Behavior class. The reflection begins with testing instruments that reveal my personality and values. These tests allow a greater understanding of myself and my behaviors in certain situations and allows me to infer how to be successful in the workplace. Theories and models, such as Organizational Learning, The Stakeholder Perspective, and ethics, are applied to my own experiences at the golf course Bay Club in order to gain a better understanding of these theories. The final aspect that is explored in this paper is the utilitarianism perspective in responding to ethical dilemmas, and how my personality may cause incongruence with this perspective.
