Introduction
Companies strive to meet the demands of their customers in a bid to boost the customer loyalty and improve customer satisfaction. However, this effort is faced with a lot of challenges in trying to create a brand that will dominate the market. Often there are consumer criticisms about an individual brand of the business as well as other complaints in regards to the effects of the products the company offers in the market. Mega-vid is a video game company providing video games to the market targeting children, teenagers and adults. The company is in a bid to deal with increased customer criticism on issues relating to the effects of video games as well as the mode of operation of the business.
Step 1: Problem Definition Mega-vids is striving to deal with consumer critics that are affecting the progress of the company. Some of the problems that are facing the company include the growing concern that the games that the company is producing are influencing aggressive and violent behavior among the teenage and young players. The advertisements will aim at educating the public about the available games in the store as well as the age considerations suitable for each match. Parents will receive education about the appropriate games that are meant for children as well as adults. Another tactic to come up with an appropriate solution will be to engage the organization's game developers to come up with options within the video games that allow parents to lock certain parts within the game that they feel not safe for their children.
