This case studying will look into the case of Meg Rabb who was the vice president of First Union Federal. At the beginning, this report will briefly have an environmental analysis on general environment, operating environment and internal environment. Next, we will force on Meg’s situation and rise out three problems that we study from her case. After that, we will base on these problems and suggest three alternative solutions. By comparing the pros and cons of the solution, we will identity the best solution and then justify it. Finally, we will summary this case analysis to conclude this report.
