If MedTech could create a compensation plan that allowed for an optional compensation plan for the sales representatives to choose this could solve some of the issues MedTec is currently having with their sales force team. If I was Harold I would introduce three different compensation plans for the sales force representatives to choose from the compensation plans would be offered as followed: compensation plan A- one-hundred percent commission, this would be the current commission plan in place no changes, compensation plan B would be a combination of salary and small percentage offered from the commission of the sale, and finally commission plan C would offer a salary with no percentage of commission sales.
