In efforts to ensure that MedMen Inc. and its constituents are in full compliance of all the federal, state, local and organization’s Equity and Diversity policies and laws, we have committed to the formation of a Equity and Diversity Committee (EDC) that will monitor, regulate and ensure that all guidelines and provisions are being met by the organization as a whole. The EDC will meet three times a year, March, July and November and will focus on the following activities:

• The commissioning of strategic policies that enable the organization to fulfilling its responsibilities on equality and diversity;
• The raising of awareness at every level of the equality agenda and encourage and inspire strong and diverse forms of leadership and removing
