The frequency of medication administration and management errors remains to be a big matter of contention necessitating the attention of clinical nurses (nurse).Medication administration is an important responsibility of nurses in various settings. All nurses within hospitals, physicians’ offices, and other healthcare facilities are generally responsible for administrating medication to patients. Administration of medication is a perplexing, careful, and watchful task to be completed. Every so often, nurses are responsible for causing errors pertaining to the administration of drugs; therefore, two studies were examined on the views of nurses on the prevention of medication errors and the relationship among the quantity of nurses and medication errors. Data was collected from HailPro an error reporting database at the Kuopio University Hospital. All professional staff committed or engaged in patient care can take advantage of this database to report noticed medical errors. 82.6 percent of the medication error reports were mainly stated and announced by registered nurses.
