Eligible Military Veterans

One way for people with dependents to access healthcare is by being employed with a company or business who provides them with health insurance for themselves and their families (Williams & Torrens, 2008). Depending on how the employer sets up the policy with the insurance company there could be deductibles or copays that employees would need to pay first before the employer would pay for the rest of the bill. As long as the employees and their families use in network providers which have agreed to accept a certain amount for the service rendered they only have to pay a deductible, copay or coinsurance which can be a much smaller amount than paying for the entire bill.

Eligible military veterans can receive care at their local Veterans Administration facilities which are funded by our tax dollars and operated by the federal government. Lately in the news it has come to the attention of the public how our military veterans are not getting the care they desire after serving our country.
