To get here, though, some might have to survive a rigorous training program and must have an above-average scholastic aptitude (“Medical Technicians and Technologist” 2009). There are so many skills you need to have, that I can’t list them all. Some things you might need to have, is that you need to be patient, flexible, curious, enthusiastic, and persistent (“Career Opportunities In Science” 2008) (“Medical Technicians and Technologist” 2009). You also need good communication skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and accuracy (“Biomedical Scientist” 2014) (“Career Opportunities In Science” 2008). Even though you may have all or most of the skills, you still need experience. It could be from previous work but you must have research experience and several years of postdoctoral work (“Career Opportunities In Science” 2008). Some ways I am suited for this career is that I am patient, curious, persistent, and I gave good problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication skills.
