Epilepsy is a neurological seizure disorder. (epilepsy.com) There were 162 patients total who were being tested for epilepsy and Dravet Syndrome using medical marijuana. Out of all of the patients the number of seizures decreased by 36.5%, and two patients became seizure free from using the medical marijuana for the rest of their lives. (scientificamerican.com).
