o I only meet Nicola once prior to today. o I got to her house at 11 pm or 12 am, I not sure of the exact time. o I saw Nicola and I thought she was high on something because, I have seen people high before. o I stayed at the house for a little while and then I went to see some friends of mine. o I came back to the house early in the morning and Nicola was in the room with her boyfriend talking. o I went to sleep in the living room and when I woke up Nicola boyfriend and my friend were doing CPR on her. o I didn’t know what was going on at first.
At approximately 12:40 p.m., I Detective L. Donegain made contact with local Medical Examiner Parker. I briefed Medical Examiner Parker on what was located in the residence. I then collected all of the pill bottles and prescribed medications from the residence. I advised Medical Examiner Parker that I would drop the medications off to him.

After photographs were taken Nicola room was searched. I located a crack pipe under the mattress along with two pills in a torn plastic bag. I didn’t locate any other narcotics in the room or the house.
I then learned the Nicola had a brother who lived in town and his name was Charles Wilson and works at Cookout. I then dropped off the prescription medication off at the Medical Examiner’s Office. I then made contact with the manager of the Cookout on Owen Drive and learned Charles works at the Cliffdale Road store.
At approximately 5:00 p.m., I Detective L. Donegain made contact with Charles Wilson. I explained to Charles what had happened with his sister and provide him with the necessary information for Vital Statics. Charles Wilson had also provided me with his phone number (910)261-7525. I then made contact with Vital Statics and provided them with Charles information.
This death investigation is pending based on the completion of the autopsy report from the Office of the Chief Medical
