I then continued my passion for the field at Illinois College by studying biology and completing prerequisite courses. In order to further pursue my interest, I worked in a skilled nursing facility where I engaged in direct patient care and shadowed healthcare professionals. I earned my degree after studying diligently for hours, attending my professors’ office hours, and joining tutoring sessions. I will continue to have the same passion at whose academic training, attentiveness, and advising will benefit my professional growth. It will also contribute to the well-rounded, competent physician that I see myself becoming. I welcome the challenge of continuing my education through medicine and evolving as a student and future physician. I will continue to practice determination and perseverance. With the degree, I strongly believe my academic and professional background, essential skill sets, and work ethic will be strengthened as I continue forward on my path toward practicing …show more content…
