Publish Your Policies for the New Clinic:
For every new medical clinic ,the new policies for the clinic will be organized by the parent organization. Parent organization is responsible for all the rules and regulations for developing the clinic. The parent organization consists group of people who were responsible for setup of new policies for the clinic. There will be two groups in these organization that are parent group and child group which are having their own policies to set up a new medical clinic. Child group gives some ideas to the parent group. Parent group is responsible for introducing the new policies where it will combine the running polices and new polices of both child and parent group. Now the new policies which are established are given to the employees and organization documents should be updated.

These security awareness consists of some safety measures which should be followed by all the employees strictly. With these measures employees can gain a knowledge of policies which are new to them. As every year a new policy is established by an organization. So, the organization should provide an higher level employees to teach the policies for other employees in effective way. Higher representative should view all training classes are going in a good manner or not where it will show impact on the employees.
Release a Monthly Organization-Wide Newsletter for All:
The Newsletter is nothing but it is paper presentation of both parent organization and child organization. The presentation consists of several discussions on various issues to establish a new policy. The members in the organization should provide the paper presentation according to their roles and positions. By gathering all presentations from all employees then it is developed into a new policy.
