Medical Field
In the medical field, there is a vast amount of opportunities available for anyone who is willing to take the time to learn and train for the job that could become an ideal career. Working in the medical field can be honestly rewarding and give an opportunity to make a difference in the life of an individual. I have researched three different opportunities in the HIM (Health Information Management) field that are possible landing spots for the career in Medical Billing and Coding.

Although there aren’t many school related degrees for this particular position, working through the AHDI (Association of Healthcare Document Integrity) you can get registered and receive your certification. Your certification can take up to one year to complete as training involves authentic recordings that must be transcribed.
