Mediated communication and face to face communication are often argued about. Some try to figure out which works better and which makes you a better person. One can give supportive messages either way, though. An example of a time when I gave supportive messages via social networking was when I was about twelve years old. My mother had just allowed me to get an Instagram account, and I was ecstatic, up until I began exploring the app. On Instagram, there is a section called “explore.” The explore section allows you to view other people’s pictures that you do not necessarily follow.
