Also, that what the politician does behind closed doors will resemble how they treat their job and their constituents. The thing is that the American people will never know exactly what is going on in a person’s life or if the stories are even true. So, the stories that spread like wildfire to determine if a politician’s morality is horrid or not aren’t definite, but when they come from a credible source people will believe it. When these scandals are brought into the public eye through excessive media coverage the American people lose trust in politicians.
