Media bias is a distinguished way of how journalists and news producers report the information that they discovered. Over the years, the media has changes there was on how they show their information to the public. Media bias is everywhere now, its shown in television shows, political campaigns, and in social media. The media has a clever way of presenting different information, but if we didn’t have a media bias today it would odd.
Media bias is the presence of partiality within the mass media. Mass media refers to the means of communication that reach large numbers of people in a short period. All the media is biased in one way, they are all against one or multiple things in an issue. Many reporters will do research on a topic and find an issue and report about it. For example, stated in The End of Objectivity? article in paragraph 11 “Polls shows that journalism is one of the least respected professions in the country, and with Trump calling out media organizations for their bias, widespread slanted reporting is bound to reinforce this point -- and to backfire” this is a prime example of a biased report. This was a biased report because the reporters are reporting an issue with Donald Trump calling out the media. Unbiased reports are reports that shows that the reporter could speak open-minded and have no hesitations about what they said. For example, stated in Just the Facts Please articles “People with consistently liberal views have no sense of humor when it comes to dissent. They are "more likely than those in other ideological groups to block or 'defriend' someone on a social network -- as well as to end a personal friendship -- because of politics," the report said”.
