Medi-Cal Remittance Advice Case Study

We received three Medi-Cal remittance advice with recoupments, they do not specific what accounts or patient’s name on the Remittance advice. We are requesting that a Claims Detail Report with the information of who the patient are that the recoupments were on, so that we can correspond with our records. I have attached a copy the Remittance advice with this letter for your review.
