Despite biased opinions by vegans, would it surprise someone that meat-eating is essential for optimal health? Recently, much controversy has risen surrounding the battle of vegans and meat-eaters. There are statistics standing on both ends of this debate. Following this is one of the biggest questions about the effect they have on the human body. Meat-eating is a better food source for required nutrients and proteins over veganism.
First, animal food sources contain larger factors of proteins needed. Proteins are made from amino acids in the human body. While some are made by the body, others are needed through food. Meat is notorious for providing all the needed amino acids not made for the body, yet plants regularly have trouble in supporting
