My research paper will be on the importance of vaccinating your children. In the article Measles outbreak highlights vaccine debate Dr. Friedlander reports in Disneyland, "more than 80% of the reported cases occurred in unvaccinated people." This helps show how you can't always rely on herd immunity and that if people had been vaccinated the measles outbreak we had in 2015 wouldn't have traveled so far or infected as many people.
