This is a great way to interact with families so that they know what is going on with their patient and such . As a medical assistant it could make our life a whole lot a heck easier, if we were to be gone days at a time and come back to the office. The privacy that the EHR has is also great because it keeps the patients information more secure than some of the other ways they have been logged in the past.
