The managing of the ignorance is not so easy process and need a lot resource and financial support from senior management. Managers are need to review and reexamine tier strategies by exploring day to day with the existence of unknown which could transform to potential knowledge.
Humans are difficult to get a sense of what we don’t know and argue that incompetence deprives people of the ability to recognize their own incompetence (Kruger and Dunning 1999)
As the quote mentioned above, human being are very reluctant to share their unknown, especially those of high rank might have difficulties to admit something that they don’t know.
