In terms of integrity and quality, I have demonstrated these with my steady employment at the Royal Ontario Museum over the last 10 years and my discipline free employment history. McMaster values inclusiveness and I have personally demonstrated this via my volunteerism outside of my work. I have volunteered in a wide variety of roles and served an array of communities which are reflective of the culturally diverse City of Toronto. In particular, I believe my experience at the Royal Ontario Museum is valuable. At the Museum I have encountered many cultures from all over the world in both emergency and non emergency situations. Working with both visitors and staff has taught me that strength is found in cultural and experiential diversity. Everyone brings something unique and powerful to the team in an organization and that inclusivity is essential to the success of the team.
