Right off the bat, there is a huge variation in price between the two fast food restaurants. Chick-fil-a definitely is a more expensive than McDonald’s; however, Chick-fil-a still maintains a moderate price level. On the other hand, five dollars at McDonald’s can buy half the menu. Chick-fil-a is pricier but offers more for the price. In contrast, a cheese burger from McDonald’s may only cost a dollar but it is dramatically smaller than a chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-a. …show more content…
Having worked for multiple years in fast food myself and having multiple friends employed at Chick-fil-a, I cannot stress enough how important cleanliness is. I can also say that Chick-fil-a does an amazing job of keeping the restaurant clean and making sure all food and health codes are followed. Unfortunately for McDonald’s, saying it was dirty would be an understatement. While cleanliness does vary from location to location, the majority of Chick-fil-a’s do an excellent job of maintaining a nice restaurant. McDonald’s however, is regularly known to violate health codes and fail inspections. Chick-fil-a maintains a clean and roach-free environment. McDonald’s however, may be home to a few families of roaches. Eating food made in unsanitary conditions, such as from McDonald’s, may increase a person’s chances of contracting a food borne
