Hello class, This TV show, The Restaurant Impossible, provided hand full of examples how disgusting food place can be, if the owner and staff doesn’t follow sanitation norms. I’ve seen findings of mold inside the refrigerator and under the sink, because those pieces of equipment haven’t been cleaned properly. Dirty dining room tables and floor - those violations may lead to food cross contamination.
