Therefore, combination of different part family enables McDonald to serve their customers efficiency and efficient because there are wide varieties of work cells had been prepare early and combining to make the finish products in shorter time period. The modules can be combined form many input to become varies choices of output option so that customer may have more choices and they will not get bored with the existing menus. Thus, McDonald is encouraged to continue using repetitive focus strategy with modular design in order to satisfy different taste of different group of customers.

Mass customization strategy is not an simple operation strategy because the small unit production of customized products is request to produce in huge volume. Dell is a personal computer maker in which it assembles the hardware and other sub-components from various suppliers according to customer order, in order to avoid survivability and profitability been threaten, Dell may solve the problems not only by locate its factories according to the cost of production in certain area, but also maximizes its customer responsiveness by providing on-time delivery services. Such high dependency on others might become a weakness for Dell, if there is any problem happened in suppliers’ product, it will direct affect the Dell’s brand name and
