The mind is a confusing and complex part of a human that processes every thought, it thinks, feels, judges, and produces what we like and don’t like. Every day the mind is introduced to different elements the influence how we dress, act, and even eat. The media is the majority of where all of these influences come from. However, are these media influences good, bad, or both. The focus here will be on the media of food. McDonald’s for example is one of the most well-known fast food chains around the world. They come out with new advertisements all the time telling us to buy the new McSomethin’, do people really go out and buy these?
Now the McDonald’s advertisements are there in the first place to promote the product they are selling, it could be a new kind of fries, a burger or anything else. The first thing that pops into people’s heads, or at least mine, when they hear the word McDonald’s is the theme song. “Ba da ba ba ba I’m lonin’ it.” And also a mix of red and yellow flash in their heads with the logo “M”.
