The McAllen Industrial Foundation (MIF) conducted a meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 12:00 noon at the McAllen EDC office. Chairman Ernie Williams called the meeting to order and asked Mr. Mark Freeland to give his report on the resolutions for the transfer of the land between them and the City of McAllen.

Mr. Mark Freeland mentioned he was contacted by Mr. Gary Hendrickson, attorney for the City of McAllen to move forward on the contracts for the transfer of lots 10 and 11 which was proposed for the construction of Doctors Hospital Renaissance (DHR) Research facility.
