My MBTI personality type is ISTJ (Introvert, Sensing, Thinking, and Intuition). Overall, I feel like my personality type is accurate and compatible with me. ISTJ’s are responsible organizers, driven to create and enforce order, neat, and tidy and are concerned with maintaining social order. I use planners and I feel like I’m a leader. I even attended a leadership conference last year because I felt like it suited me. The only characteristics of an ISTJ I feel like doesn’t match me is knowing where they belong in life.
