Carmen’s MBTI was Introversion, Sensing, Feeling, and Judging (ISFJ). As we went through each of the types and she learned more about what they meant, she knew that her MBTI is a good fit for her. She knew that she would get introversion and feeling, however she did not know if she would get sensing or intuition, judging or perceiving. At first she was wary of the word judging until I explained to her the context of the word in this assessment. The report form and the Sixteen Types and Teamwork had many things in which she agreed with. It was interesting for her to see what her pitfalls and to see them written out. It gave her a clearer understanding of why those are her pitfalls.

Prior to Mabo, the policies of Terra Nullius and Crown Land were seen as an unfair violation, and no representatives from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community decided to litigate it in court until Mabo and others from Murray Island took initiative. Eddie Mabo 's campaign for civil rights succeeded through legislation such as the Mabo Decision, Native Title Act, and the Wik Decision. Their campaign was highly effective in the way of Aboriginal civil rights; the Mabo case and its subsequent outcomes became significant for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.…

This can be accounted for due to increased likelihood of ATSI’s experiencing disability and/or a reduced quality of life due to ill health. This inequity is clearly seen as currently Indigenous Australians tend to die earlier than non-Indigenous Australians and their death rates are almost twice those of non-Indigenous Australians.…
