My Brothers and Sisters strongly believe that evaluating programs is very important. M.B.S program will go through process evaluation to make sure that the program is working.
Objective # 1—Process
To recruit 25 police officers from the New York City Police Department and 25 minorities from a local community center to participate in My Brothers and Sisters program. The goal of evaluating objective # 1 lies in making sure that M.B.S was able to recruit the right number of targeted population. A daily attendance or head counts of participants will be taken to make sure that all participants are present for the programs. Those who are not available for class will be contacted by one of the Peer Educators.
