Mayor versus Mayor

I was walking in a graveyard when I saw a green door. There was also a strange person who said to me, “If you go through that door, something bad will happen.” I didn’t listen. I was a little afraid because I have never seen a green door in a graveyard. The green door was unusually big with a big door knob.
I was a little nervous but excited, too, so I tried to touch the big knob. Then the door made a funny noise. I was scared, but after a while, I opened the door.
I opened the green door, but it was difficult. After a while, I saw a clown with red eyes and black lipstick. He said, “If you want to enter the green door, you have to give me your necklace.” I was scared but said yes. So he let me in. I was scared I was going to see more creepy clowns.

Then I saw a baby clown. I went up closer and saw the baby clown was holding a red rattle. I went a little closer. Then the baby clown attacked me, but a human saved me. He was wearing a mayor suit, and he also had a belt made out of gold.
When I saw the mayor, I figured out that there was an evil mayor too. I saw his house and there were bodyguards in front. I asked to go inside. The bodyguard said, “Do you have a VIP ticket?” Since I didn’t have one, they kicked me out. I had to find another way in. I tried to go inside through the back door, but there were bodyguards there

The sun’s burning rays beat down on us as we dug through the layers of Egyptian sand and rock. We had only begun the excavation the previous day and had already uncovered one-fifth of the ancient pyramid. I, as well as a team of high-ranking archaeologists, had accompanied Sarah Parcak in an expedition to unearth a lost Egyptian pyramid. “How’s your section of the chamber coming along, Erica? We’ve just uncovered a new sarcophagus,” remarked Sarah as she passed by, carrying a large coffin.…

Mother Sister and Da Mayor start to realize that even though they have known each other for eighteen years, they do not entirely know each other’s life story to determine one’s judgement toward one another. Da Mayor is just walking, minding his business until he notices Jade doing Mother Sister’s “beautiful hair.” His generous compliment, “I didn’t know you had such beautiful hair” backfires, as Mother Sister suddenly replies, “Fool, there’s a lot in this world you don’t know” (21). Spike Lee interprets himself in Mother Sister due to her want for Da Mayor to understand that there is more to learn than just what one thinks they know. This straightforward statement creates the understanding not everyone will be given a full story to one’s life;…

"Time for tea, Miss. " Abigail's frail voice rung out, her voice slightly muffled by her quiet knocking - although she had need not to - I was nearly out the door. "Yes, I'll be on my way. " It had seem that this tea time was rather, ineluctable.…

The sky is blue, morning blue, when the sun is just rising, at about 6 o’clock. The chilly Autumn morning made me feel safe as I peered out the dew lined window. Leaves blew across the street, yet not too many because it's early in the season. Its nice to look out, seeing the smoke come out of the chimneys from the warm homes where everyone is asleep this sunday morning. Then out of the corner of my eye, amongst the beautiful fall scenery and warm houses was a guy, creeping out the back mill door.…

Baseball Baseball has always been one of my favorite sports, and it will always be the longest sport I’ve played. A total of 9 years in Khoury league and 2 years in high school, so all in all I have been playing this sport almost all my life. I started baseball with the Red Bud T-ball team, the team had a count of 15 people including me and excluding the coaches. Those 15 kids playing on that team became some of my bestest friends and greatest teammates to have. Most of them ended up being with me until we couldn't play khoury league anymore, and then only about 3 or 5 of them played school ball with me.…

I and my friends, Dexter and Peter, were playing around an ancient, abandoned mansion on the outskirts of the city. There was a sign on the perimeter fence “Enter, at your own risk!”. However, curiosity arose us and we picked the rusty lock, granting us entry into the sacred place of the unknown. I unlocked the door, to my horror, scarce bones, were precariously hanging, from the ceiling above. There was a sudden rush of blood from my head to my toes as the door behind us swung shut.…

Bad decisions, makes the best stories. Truitt Odom One way to get the most out of life is to look upon it as a adventure. ~ William Feather. It was summer, one month after my 17th birthday, and, even though I had a lot of great adventures with the people I loved, I still wasn 't satisfied. So I took of work, grabbed my two best friends, Trey and Parker, and we set out on nonstop adventure for 3 days, which led to a Whataburger bill of over $100, running from security, meeting and talking to complete strangers, 4 hours of sleep, killer stories, a run in with the cops, a few tanks of gas, and what would this story be with coming close dying once or twice, I mean its only in my nature.…
