As the Mayor of Toronto my solution to gang related problems would be to keep childrens and teens occupied. To have more benefits available to people who have low incomes. I would want free sports and activities located near them so they have easier access. Possibly organized by young volunteers so they have the chance to get together and work as a team. Build problem solving strategies and communicate skills. Provide free concealing for those who are going through any sort of problems at school, home or community. People who are exposed to violence or bullying are most likely to show signs of aggression and turn into gang members than others.
