Annabelle Bautista met with resident, Andrew Kofoed in regards to Maxient IR. Bautista explained concerns regarding to him being in out of consciousness while staff was trying got wake him up. Kofoed disclosed that he is ADHD, bipolar and suffers from really bad asthma. Kofoed also shared that he takes 5 different medications.
Medications are:
Ritalin-ADHD
Concerta-ADHD
Lexapro-Bipolar
Symbicort Asthma
Dymista- Steroid for sinus issue
Kofoed shared that he is not a registered with disability services, although his coach did know of medications he was on. Kofoed did indeed cover smoke detector and stated he had smoked vapor in room. Kofoed stated that he has only done it once.
