Current member of the National Honors Society (junior and senior years) participating in numerous community service oriented tasks including volunteering at a food bank, raising funds for a children’s hospital, tutoring elementary school students, and timing middle school track meets.
Served junior and senior year as a leader in the Link Crew Program which links selected responsible upperclassman with incoming freshman students to support them in their transition to high school.
Joined the Sports Debate Club my junior year and accepted a position on the Board planning and running sports, player, and team statistics debates.

Employed at Focal Point Studio of Photography as a Photographer’s Assistant starting August 2017.
Selected as a Co-Manager and photographer for the “Humans of PCEP” social media account for the 2017-18 school year - a photoblog that features weekly on-campus portraits and quotes from high school peers (a spinoff of “Humans of New York”).
Participated in Boy Scouts from sixth to eleventh grade serving as a Patrol leader for two years, an Assistant Senior Patrol leader for two years, and earning the rank of Life Scout.
Participated in LOVE week, a week of community service done in various locations around Detroit, MI, with my church high school ministry in 2015 and 2016.
Worked as a Babysitter caring for children of multiple families in my neighborhood from 8th grade to the present.
Had artwork chosen and displayed in the “Dangerous Minds” High School exhibition at Eastern Michigan University, Spring 2017.
