A fatal texting and driving car crash ended the lives of Max Jackson, 18, Trevor Rierson, 18, and Jenny Stone, 19, all UW-Whitewater alumni. The crash occurred near Main Street when Juliet Adam received a text from a friend while she was driving to a party.
The accident occurred at approximately 11pm Friday when Adam became too preoccupied looking down at her phone, she failed to see the two male pedestrians crossing the street. The two males were struck as the vehicle spun left into a tree causing them to die instantly at the scene.
