He never seems to come to a point on what is truly needed, rather that he tells the reader how and what ideas could create good leaders. For example, he states “We must trust one another to be accountable for our own assignments.” (pg. 116) While this makes sense he does not fully tell us how we can ensure that our trust may not be broken. I would have appreciated a small example or maybe a couple ways that it would benefit the work place. However, De Pree continues later in the chapter to quote the seven deadly sins written by Mahatma Ghandi. This shows that he is using sources, but in the same light it is not a necessary or a very effective source.
