How do you resolve conflict?, Most people think that the only way to resolve conflict is that you need to be brave and be able to do things that you wouldn’t do, But the true motivation is family and your loved ones. If you truly are looking to resolve conflict you must try and focus in the people you love. If you try and focus on these things then you will find the courage to be brave and be all these other things because when you are under pressure some people tend to work better.
