(Vivid Description of makeup) Maureen Kelly is the founder of the cheeky cosmetics line Tarte. She seemed destined to makeup moguldom , when she was four she used to do makeovers on her dolls, at six she concocted blush from shaving cream and red cough syrup, and as a teenager she gifted pots of homemade lip gloss for christmas. Maureen kelly is very successful, she has published books called reiki and the healing buddha , and nuns having fun. She was born on december 20th 1956 and passed away december 4th, 2008.
