Maturity
Maturity is a very important part of being a staff member. You must be able to keep calm and be mature when helping or dealing with members and to be as respectful as possible to players no matter what they may be doing. You must be mature and deal with spammers or people who are breaking the rules and quickly to limit the damage they cause or as I like to call it "nipping it in the bud". Being mature in my opinion is one of the most important parts of being a staff member and If you've ever met me you'd know I am very calm and chill. Maturity is a very important part of staffing and I believe I have as much maturity as is required and I think I would make a good and mature staff member.

    For care staff, during the day on each shift I arrange an assistant manager and two care assistants. I instruct the assistant manager to make a report on each resident, the report is written down in the daily report book.
